I’m Agnieszka, founder of A2B Smart Safety and Health and Safety professional with over 10 years’ experience leading safety initiatives, managing compliance, and fostering positive safety culture.
Qualified to Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety, with NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and Implementer, and Level 3 Education and Training credentials, I combine technical expertise with a practical, people focused approach.
I believe health and safety is not a problem but an opportunity - a foundation for efficiency, trust, and long-term success. My passion lies in helping businesses of all sizes find the right balance between operations and safety, turning compliance into confidence and continual improvement.
